Steps to customize prompt tone:
1. The customer first creates the WAV format prompt sound that needs to be customized.
Prompt sounds in WAV format can be produced through audio tool recording and other methods. The requirements for producing prompt sound files are as follows:
Audio format: WAV format
Sampling rate: 8000Hz
Bitrate: 16 bits
Channel: Single Channel
File size: ≤128K
File name: refer to the following prompt content list "File name"
