Prerequisites:
- The device and computer are in the same LAN segment, and the computer can ping the local IP address of the device
- Or the device with WiFi module is switched to AP mode, and the computer connects to the AP hotspot to access the 192.168.42.100 address
- The device is already in the shipping state (AI has been authorized, the algorithm has been imported)

Operation steps:
1. Camera installation
1.1 Installation angle The DSM camera needs to be installed on the instrument panel in front of the steering wheel. The preferred installation position should be in a straight line with the center line of the steering wheel, as shown in the center line marked by A in the figure below. If the installation center point is inconvenient or affects the driver's driving vision, it can be moved to the left and right sides of the steering wheel. The maximum movement range cannot exceed the outer diameter edge of the steering wheel (as shown in the B mark line in the figure below).

**When installing a DSM camera, you need to pay special attention to the installation angle. The pitch angle of the DSM cannot exceed 30°, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the DSM algorithm. **

1.2 Fixation After wiping the surface of the instrument panel clean, tear off the 3M adhesive protective film on the base and paste it inside for installation. After pasting, press for about 30 seconds to ensure that there are no bubbles in the 3M adhesive. If the pasting part is not flat, you can use the matching self-tapping screws for secondary fixation to prevent long-term operation from offset.
1.3 Horizontal fine-tuning Use the matching "7"-shaped hexagonal wrench to loosen the fixed angle screws on both sides, fine-tune the DSM camera left and right to the horizontal position, and then tighten the fixed angle screws on both sides.

1.4 Insert the camera aviation head into the video input port on the back panel of the host or the video input extension cable port, usually the third channel port of CH3. You can insert it into other ports according to the actual application scenario, change the corresponding channel in the configuration parameters later, and tighten the nut to fix it.

2. Function activation
2.1 Open the computer browser and enter the local network IP address of the device, fill in the login password "Adm_123" and click "Login"

2.2 Click "General Settings" >>> "Alarm Settings" >>> "AI Settings" menu

2.3 In the "AI Settings" menu, click to enable the DSM function, and associate the DSM camera to the video input channel on the back panel of the host.

2.4 Click "Save" to enable the DSM function and restart the host
3. Camera Configuration
DSM camera channel display screen configuration (such as in WEB DSM calibration menu has been displayed, so you can ignore this step)

3.1 Configure the DSM camera channel parameters through the "MVMS_NetPlayer" configuration tool, click the link to download to the local computer for installation or consult the technology. Click to download the tool
3.2 Click to search "Find device">>> Double-click the search result and you need to configure the device ID

3.3 Click "Configuration" >>> "Encoding Settings" >>> "Channel Type Configuration"

3.4 Select the corresponding resolution camera "720P" in the channel type. Here, we take the DSM camera inserted into the host CH3 third channel as an example, confirm and save.

Ps: The current default DSM camera specification is 720P. If there is any change, please consult the salesperson
3.5 Restart the device to check whether the DSM channel has a picture
4. Calibration configuration
Click the "DSM calibration" column in the WEB menu to open the calibration menu. The driver sits in the driving position and keeps the normal driving posture and looks forward. Click Save to complete the calibration

5. Threshold and sensitivity adjustment
5.1 Click the DSM sensitivity adjustment column in the WEB menu to check the DSM alarm speed condition judgment and fill in the DSM alarm low speed threshold and DSM alarm high speed threshold parameters Note: When the vehicle speed reaches the "DSM alarm low speed threshold", all types of DSM alarms will be triggered When the vehicle speed reaches the "DSM alarm high-speed threshold", the following distracted driving alarm type (left and right head tilt, up and down head down) high-speed duration will be triggered to generate the alarm threshold condition. The default high-speed duration is less than the low-speed duration. It is recommended to follow this rule when filling in parameter changes. The purpose of this design is to increase the alarm frequency of distracted driving alarm type when the vehicle speed reaches a certain height to avoid accidents. Ps: The DSM alarm high-speed threshold is only effective for distracted driving alarm type (left and right head tilt, up and down head down) to increase the alarm frequency. The speed conditions for triggering other DSM alarm types are triggered by the DSM alarm low-speed threshold, including the distracted driving alarm type low-speed trigger.

5.2 Fill in the duration thresholds for distracted driving: left head tilt, right head tilt, head up, head down, low speed trigger and high speed trigger Note: The alarm will only occur when the duration of the corresponding alarm type reaches the configured value

5.3 Fill in the distracted driving alarm time interval

Description: The next alarm will only occur when the time interval between the distracted driving alarm and the next alarm reaches the configured value
5.4 Fill in Distracted driving: left tilt, right tilt, head up, head down trigger angle value Description: When the driver's left tilt, right tilt, head up, head down angle reaches the configured value, the distracted driving alarm will be triggered

5.5 Fill in the cumulative frame value of closing eyes, making phone calls, smoking, not wearing seat belts, hands off the steering wheel, playing with mobile phones Description: The default parameter is 0, using the algorithm's internal default value. When a value is filled in here, the current value is used for triggering. The filling rule is a multiple of 25, because here 25 frames = 1s, so the minimum configuration is 1s to trigger the alarm. If you want to configure more than 1s to trigger the alarm x25. For example, if you want to configure the alarm for 2s after eye closure detection and 1s after making a phone call, fill in the values of 50 and 25 respectively, as shown in the figure below:

After filling in, click Save and restart the device to take effect
6. Alarm test
6.1 Alarm in test mode (ADAS parameters have been enabled here before, so ignore this step) Click "AI Settings" >>> "Test Mode" in the WEB menu Save and restart the device

6.2 Normal driving mode alarm occurs, GPS antenna needs to be connected and positioning is successful, and the alarm will occur when the previously configured threshold is reached
6.3 Log in to the V7 client to view the alarm information

6.3.1 Real-time preview interface OSD alarm message

6.3.2 Active safety panel to view real-time alarm messages

6.3.3 Active safety menu to view historical alarm messages
