Introduction

This chapter will introduce the different wiring modes of our vehicle-mounted MDVR series. The device uses DC power input. The normal working range of the input voltage is +8V ~ +36V. Do not connect a power supply beyond this range. If the voltage is too low, the device will not work properly. If the voltage is too high, the device may burn out.

Ignition mode (ACC switch or key switch):

Description: In this mode, the vehicle ACC signal is used to control the opening and closing of the device. In the off state, the power consumption is 0 and the battery power is not consumed. It is recommended to use the ignition mode.

Timing mode (main switch mode):

Description: This mode directly connects the positive and negative poles of the battery to the normal power supply state, which can realize timed power on and off or 24-hour normal power on. Please note that after the vehicle is turned off, the battery power will be consumed and there will be a risk of low voltage and inability to start the vehicle.
