- Contact card reader + IC card: MX-RFID-A1-01 MX-RFID-A1-02 The working principle of the contact card reader is to connect the contacts on the card reader to the contacts on the card, thereby connecting the circuit to read and write information. When the card is inserted into or close to the card reader, the contacts on the card will contact the corresponding contacts on the card reader to form a closed circuit. At this time, the card reader will send a read/write instruction to the card, and the card will send the corresponding information to the card reader according to the instruction
- RFID card reader + RFID tag: MX-RFID-02-01 MX-RFID-C2-02 The working principle of the RFID card reader is based on contactless radio frequency identification technology. The RFID card reader contains a radio frequency module and a read/write module. When the card is close to the card reader, the radio frequency module will emit electromagnetic waves, and the chip inside the card will receive electromagnetic waves through the antenna and generate an induced current. At this time, the chip will run the built-in program and send the information stored inside through the antenna. The read/write module will receive this information and process or store it.

2. Device menu configuration
MX-RFID-A1-02 (485) Remote control to enter menu>>Settings>>Serial port settings>>Serial port, serial port index configuration RS485, serial port function card reader 4, other parameters default, confirm to save and restart the device to take effect.
3. Card swiping test
Local view After restarting, press the remote control direction key to come to the serial port status interface, take an IC card and touch the receiver. If you hear a beep and the receiver lights up green, it means the card is swiped successfully.
